RETURN POLICY

 

 

We accept refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Period: Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Refunds: Eligible for store credit only. 

3. Exchanges:
   - You can exchange an item for a different size or an item of equal price.
   -  If you'd like to use your store credit for an item of greater value, the difference can be paid via invoice. This invoice will be sent directly to you.

4. Discounted Items: Items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:
   If your item is defective or damaged in transit, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 24 hours of package arrival. If reported after this time frame, the item will not be exchanged.

6. Final Sale Items:
   No returns or exchanges allowed.

7. Return Shipping:
   - A flat rate of $10.00 will be applied to return shipping.
